The consultation is the first step of our staging process. We will tour your property; discuss your goals, timeline and budget; and share solutions to improve the showability of your property.  You can opt to implement our suggestions yourself or, engage us to complete the staging for you.

If NICHEdg is hired to complete your staging, the consultation fee will be applied to your project.
